CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction at AYANA Soluna Villas continues to progress well across all zones. Zone A has reached 26.86% completion, with Buildings 38 and 40 moving into second-floor structural work, while Buildings 35 and 36 begin architectural construction. Buildings 28, 29, 42 and 32 continue through structural and wall-system stages. In Zone B, Buildings 8, 15, 16 and 17 advance with architectural work, while Buildings 19, 20, 23, 24 and 62 continue structural progress. Zone C reports 3.53% completion, following pile drilling across multiple buildings. Retaining walls in Zones A and B are 98.5% complete and 95% of road excavation is now finished.
