CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction at AYANA Soluna Villas continues to progress well across all zones. Zone A has reached 24.46% completion, with structural and architectural works advancing across Buildings 28–36 and 38–42. In Zone B, Buildings 8, 15, 16, and 17 have begun architectural work, while structural operations continue on Buildings 19–24 and 62. Zone C records 3.41% progress, following the completion of piling for several buildings and the project office. Retaining walls are nearly complete at 98.5% in Zones A and B, and 77% in Zone C. The AYANA Soluna Villas Sample House is now open for viewing.
