CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction at AYANA Soluna Villas continues with excellent progress across all zones.Zone A has reached 22.34% completion, with Buildings 32 and 42 advancing to electrical and sanitation installations alongside architectural finishes. Buildings 28, 29, 35, and 36 progress with structural work, while foundation construction has commenced on Buildings 38 and 40.Zone B advances to 17.33% completion, with Buildings 8, 15, 16, and 17 handed over to the architectural team. Structural work continues on Buildings 19, 20, 23, 24, and 62.Zone C has begun piling operations for Buildings 60 and 61 at 7% progress. Retaining walls reach 98.5% in Zones A and B, with road excavation at 95% completion.
