CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction at AYANA Soluna Villas continues with strong momentum across all zones.

Zone A has reached 19% completion, with swimming pool structures completed for Buildings 28, 29, 32, 35, 36 and 42. Second floor work is progressing on Buildings 32 and 42.

Zone B advances with roof structure work on Buildings 8, 15, 16 and 17, while structural work begins on Buildings 19, 20, 23, 24, and 62. Retaining walls are 98% complete in Zones A and B, with Zone C at 75%.

The project timeline remains on track, demonstrating consistent momentum across all construction phases.
