AYANA SOLUNA VILLAS : CONSTRUCTION UPDATESConstruction work in the villa areas is progressing steadily across multiple zones.

• Zone A villa construction has reached 4% completion, with pile driving work completed on most units and foundation work actively underway.

• Zone B shows 2% progress with structural development advancing on first and second floors.

• Activities for Zone C has just commenced and progress updates will be provided in due course.Developments continue to advance at a good pace and is fulfilling each milestone accordingly.
