CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction at AYANA Soluna Villas continues to progress well across all zones. Zone A has reached 29.81% completion, with Buildings 38 and 40 moving into roof structure construction, while Buildings 35 and 36 begin architectural construction. Buildings 28, 29, 32 and 42 continue through interior system and plastering stages. In Zone B, Buildings 8, 15, 16 and 17 advance with architectural work, while Buildings 19, 20, 23, 24 and 62 continue structural progress. Zone C reports 3.84% completion, following pile drilling across Buildings 54, 56, 57 and 60. Retaining walls in Zones A and B are 98% complete and 97% of road excavation is now done..
