The construction of AYANA Heights Seaview Residences is progressing steadily across multiple buildings.

• Building E has advanced significantly with pile cutting work ongoing and retaining wall construction at 90% completion.

• Building F shows solid progress with new bored pile work underway and footing excavation in progress.

• Building G is preparing for new needle drilling work, while Building H has achieved 50% completion on bored pile operations.

• Building C has completed piling work with dynamic testing on 800mm diameter piles, and the retaining wall construction has reached 100% completion for both footing and wall concrete pouring, with backfill soil work now underway.
