June 2025
The AYANA Heights Seaview Residence continues its upward momentum, with construction across key buildings and infrastructure moving steadily forward as of Week 21 (ending June 27, 2025).
Significant progress was made on piling and structural works.
Piling is now 100% complete for Buildings E, G, and H. Building F is also well underway with over half of its pile work completed (195 of 386 piles installed).
Pile cutting activities are ongoing across several buildings: 222 piles are done for Building E, 94 for Building F, and 79 for Building H.
Retaining wall works near the pavilion have reached the concrete pouring and formwork stage, showing visible progress on site.
Soil cutting for Building C and the internal road is now complete, which enables the next stages of foundation and structure work to begin.
Bore pile work for Building C is awaiting access via the temporary road, and revisions to the pile design are in process.
Off-site, the deep well for water supply is complete, and AYANA is now queued for connection to the private waterworks system.
A new tower crane is being prepped for installation, providing enhanced lifting capacity to support upcoming vertical works.
As the development progresses through its early structural phase, the pace and coordination reflect the project’s commitment to delivering a world-class residential experience nestled within the hills of Cherng Talay.
