CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction at AYANA Soluna Villas continues to progress well across all zones.

Zone A has reached 26.86% completion. Buildings 38 and 40 are now progressing with structural work on their second floors, while Buildings 35 and 36 have begun architectural construction. Meanwhile, Buildings 28, 29, 32, and 42 are continuing through the structural and wall-system stages.

In Zone B, Buildings 8, 15, 16, and 17 are advancing with architectural work, while Buildings 19, 20, 23, 24, and 62 are making progress with structural work.

Zone C currently reports a completion rate of 3.53%, with pile drilling taking place across multiple buildings.

Additionally, the construction of retaining walls in Zones A and B is 98.5% complete, and 95% of the road excavation has been finished.
