CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction at AYANA Soluna Villas continues to progress well across all zones. 

Zone A has reached 29.81% completion. Buildings 38 and 40 are moving into the roof structure construction phase, while Buildings 35 and 36 are starting architectural construction.

Additionally, Buildings 28, 29, 32, and 42 are progressing through interior system installation and plastering stages.

In Zone B, Buildings 8, 15, 16, and 17 are advancing with architectural work, and Buildings 19, 20, 23, 24, and 62 are making structural progress.

Zone C reports a completion rate of 3.84%, with pile drilling currently taking place for Buildings 54, 56, 57, and 60.

The retaining walls in Zones A and B are 98% complete, and 97% of the road excavation is now finished.
