CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Strong momentum continues across AYANA Soluna Villas, with Villa 7 now fully complete and Villa 43 in final corrections ahead of completion.

Several villas, including 15, 16, 17 and 32, are progressing well through plastering and MEP installation. Foundation and pile work is complete across the majority of remaining plots.

The main gate has reached 95.19% completion, and both power distribution substations are preparing for Provincial Electricity Authority inspection.
