Construction Update

AYANA SOLUNA VILLAS Our hillside community continues to take shape this month, with several villas reaching their finishing stages.

Villa 43 leads the way at over 98% complete, in final corrections ahead of handover, while Villa 7 stands fully complete with its striking contemporary façade already framed by landscaping.

Across the estate, dozens of villas have moved into interior fit-out, with teams tiling bathrooms, plastering walls, and installing doors and windows.

Our main gate is nearing completion, with automatic barrier gates now being installed, while transformer and water tank facilities undergo final testing.
