Construction Update

AYANA Luxury Villa Phuket's 62 units are steadily progressing across every construction stage.

Fourteen villas remain pre-construction, while roughly half the site has completed piling and foundations.

Villa 43 is nearly finished, in final corrections at over 98% complete, and several villas, including 15, 16, 19, and 35, have reached 66%-73% as surface work and landscaping continue on schedule.

Central infrastructure is largely complete: the main gate stands at 97%, the retention and water tank at 91%, and both transformer stations above 92%.
