CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction at AYANA Heights Seaview Residences shows steady progress across all buildings. Building A has completed pile driving and moved to pile cutting, while Building B advances with pile cutting and footing work. Building C continues with pile cutting, rebar footing and column preparation.

Building D progresses with soil excavation and pile operations, while Buildings E and F advance through raft foundation and wall construction. Building G moves into column and scaffolding work, and Building H advances to second-floor structural progress. Infrastructure also continues, with Road Zone 1 retaining wall completed and Zones 2-4 moving through soil and pile operations.
